HOUSING COOPERATIVE SCHLIEMANNSTRASSE24

The building meets low-energy standards, has a floor height of 3.3 m and no basement to reduce construction costs. Each level has balconies on both side and a bay window to nestle in, facing the street. Using the facades together with the dissolved middle wall as load-bearing system allows a high degree of flexibility, with multiple layouts being possible.  This is an essential prerequisite for the diverse needs of the members of a housing cooperative.
